Instant confirmation reserves the motorcycle immediately and charges your card. A booking request is sent to the partner, who checks availability and accepts or declines. Your card is pre-authorised but not charged until they accept. The label appears on every motorcycle before you pay.

Usually within a few hours, and at most 24. The expected time is shown on the motorcycle and on the request confirmation page.

The rider named on the booking must be the person collecting the motorcycle, and must show the matching licence and credit card.

An amount blocked on the main rider’s credit card at pick-up, between €300 and €1,500 depending on the motorcycle. It is not a charge and is released after return. Cash and debit cards are usually not accepted for it.

The rental for the dates chosen, taxes, and any insurance the partner includes as standard. Extras are listed separately at checkout. The deposit is never included.

For instant confirmation, at the moment you book. For a request, only when the partner accepts.

It depends on engine size: A1 or B for 125 cc, A2 for mid-capacity, A for large motorcycles. Every listing states the category and the minimum years held.

If your licence was issued outside the EU, yes, alongside your national licence.

Free cancellation is available on eligible rentals up to the deadline shown on the motorcycle, usually 24 or 48 hours before pick-up. After that the first rental day is charged. A request can be cancelled free of charge any time before the partner accepts it.
